I used Franework and Dustin to do a structural upgrade to failing mezzanine. They did a unbelievable job. Building code is written so vaguely that it's so loose for interpretation and consequently most architects and engineers just go ultra conservatively. Dustin and team, knew exactly what to do without costing a small fortunate for the work but also got us code compliant and a sound mezzanine.

Would use the team in a heartbeat and highly recommend them

This is a fabulous company. John and Dustin are sharp, experienced, and creative engineers. They’ve done fantastic work at my house over several projects. I’ve worked in the construction as a manager and professional engineer for over a decade and can recognize talent, these guys have it. I’d use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend Dustin and John on any structural consultation and drawings. Both very experienced and professional engineers. As a contractor they have saved us a ton of money and time dealing with plan discrepancies.

This is the most shameless company I ever know. I called them on August 16 of 2016. Per their request, I emailed them a sketch of the project I had in mind. In return, they sent me an email stating their consultation charge is $300 and someone can be at the site between one of the two days. I did not respond to their email. Today, March 31 of 2017, I received an invoice from this company asking me to pay them $225 because someone was at the site in the afternoon. I was around all afternoon because I had an appointment with Sears technician but I saw no one. First of all, they never told me anyone would be at the site this afternoon. Second of all, they never told me they would charge me for what they said.
