My wife and I bought a house in Pell City August of 2021. We are very happy with our home. Any issues we have had have been handled quickly. I would recommend buying a home here

Their homes when u buy them make sure to do inspection before and tell them to fix everything before, cause they don't listen fast enough after. Make sure to renew your house warranty as they don't like to come fast and fix your things. It took them 3 months to fix something after my reply and still didn't fix it completely, and I'm still waiting till that day for them to come and fix it and it's been 1 year and 3 months. Their hoa is high, and no amenities, they tell u not to use the swimming pool as it is of other community but y then charge us that much hoa every year.

Chris was extremely helpful to us during our home buying process! Very professional and easy to work with. Rausch Coleman uses various contractors in their construction process. The only good part of the purchase was the price. Buyer, beware. Do not close until you have the home inpected by a professional home inspector of your choise. I bought a Rausch Coleman home. My neighbor's home was well constructed and my home was poorly constructed. I had to complain about the workers drinking alcohol on the job. I had to correct them on constructing a wall over a closet. The worst part is the poor landscaping. . My complaaints fell on deaf ears. Their response was that I did not water and fertilize. See attached pictures. The pictures speak the truth.
