I’m giving FCB five stars because i worked there for 2 years. I know for a fact there attention to detail when it comes to craftsmanship is par none… I came to FCB with 16 years of construction experience and I was able to grow my knowledge and capabilities at this company. Interpersonally; The company strives for collegiality. And they really do try to pass it down to all the tradesmen. This is where I regret to say, however… While the craftsmanship and accountability is like, I said par none. There is a certain amount of human degradation. I myself have worked in every department of this company having to do with the Hands on trades. The upper management can be vindictive.. Example: My first year Christmas bonus was $500 after only working two months, My second year Christmas bonus was $48. After a four month Workmen’s Comp claim and recovery process , they actively promote the firm within , they even hold construction field trips for Local middle school students, they really have their eye on the future. In my experience .Most people like working there . There was a positive culture. They do take care of the people who like working there…. If you decide to work for Fox City builders, just be sure you don’t get hurt. If you decide to hire a Fox City builders for your project. You’re probably gonna get a very high-quality product at a very competitive price. That competitive price will be on the back of the underpaid workers who are highly trained and do their jobs very well under the safest possible conditions. If you enjoy being tailgated for over 3 miles while you have three young children in your vehicle then this is the business to go with. 4:30 last night two gentlemen (or someone who just got their license) on 41 N bound in Neenah with license plate ending in 37. If the owner of the business wants to tell them it’s maybe kinda dangerous being about 6 inches away from a vehicle and is not going to get them to their job site any faster. After I finally moved over they gunned it and was off to the races. Food for thought.

They talk about safety but quantity is more important. Pay is underrated for the skilled employees. They hire people who can't read a tape measure 😂 and expect the experienced workers to carry them and do all the work. Long hours, no family time!!!!
