John, Ian and the whole team at Forest Street Builders did an incredible job remodeling our primary bathroom! We live in an old Denver bungalow that created a lot of challenges for our big priority of bathroom storage since we don't have a linen closet. Forest Street helped us enlarge our shower, add beautiful cabinetry and tiling, and install gorgeous finishes. We had a tough project and they made it happen!

Forrest St. Builders did a fantastic job. The project manager was always in contact with us and kept us updated throughout the process. Whenever we were in doubt about choices we were asked to make, the team explained the options, pros, and cons very clearly.

We also had some specific considerations due to our special needs daughter for which Ian (owner) and the team worked diligently with us to find a great solution. They work with top-notch contractors who do the work great.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Ian and his team at Forest St. They did a beautiful job on our large pop top project in east Denver “the Cameron.” While they were able to make absolutely everything we wanted in the final project happen, what really sets them apart from the other builders was service, communication, attention to detail and self-directed problem solving. It was clear from the early stages of the project, during bidding against other area builders that Ian and his team were for us. From the get go his bid was the most realistic, complete, and honest. The team was excellent and courteous and willing to think outside the box and go the extra mile when we wanted to preserve existing landscape and a recently updated kitchen. Ian and Jon took our calls on weekends, holidays, when they were out of town with their families. That meant the world to us through such a stressful and exciting time in our lives. Now that the project is finished and small things have come up, they’re still right there every time we need them. Happy to talk with anyone about our experience with them. Tried calling them for very preliminary exploration on costs and couldn't get any numbers over the phone. Tried to ask for a general range of budgets for a new build they typically work with to see if it's even something I want to pursue, but they said "let me be clear, we do not give any numbers over the phone". The call was 5 minutes but they wanted me to schedule a consult on their website and I didn't get useful information beyond that. The consult requires name, phone number, email, and mailing address. Not about to give that info. Left a 1 star review because I think companies should have projects and general costs, budget ranges, and such info freely available on their website and over the phone without having to go through extra hoops, and I haven't seen this info posted here.
