Basically came out charged me 703.80 to tell me the system needed work. Robin forcefully re read the inspection form as if I am unable to read. She told me the pump within the tank needed to be changed so we couldn’t pump it. Odd thought that’s why I called them to clear the tank out with a truck and a hose. Made up excuses the breaker was off the screen was broken etc. Well after turning it back on myself the screen lit up and indeed there was a pump issue but for 703 bucks to receive a visual inspection is a racquet. No help over the phone to fix the issue just a large bid number with zero clarification or proof as why the other work was needed. Don’t waste your time.

Foothill has been servicing our home 12 Years. When another company came (hired by buyer) and said we needed all new leach lines, we knew we were being scammed. Foothill came, properly cleaned the tanks, and properly performed the water test, proving there was zero issue. They were here over an hour to do the job right vs 20 mins for "other" company. Small company, but honest, fair and reasonable services. Highly recommend!

I was awoken to the septic system backing up into the house...good times. I called Foothill sanitation and by the afternoon my septic tank had been pumped clean and repaired. Such a great company! Outstanding customer service. Friendly knowledgeable folks. They took an awful situation and fixed it. Great price too. I am certainly pleased. Thank you!

DISHONEST.. STOLE MONEY.

We’ve been using this company for over a year, 2 services a month and never had any issues. Friday after Thanksgiving I called to cancel our service because it was no longer needed and talked to a woman with the call service they use. Fast forward to the following Friday I woke to an email with a charge for 2 services when there should have only been one since I had cancelled the previous week. I politely email back and said that I thought there was a mistake, we had cancelled further service last week, so we should only have been charged for one. Cassie responded and said they never received that message and that there was a driver scheduled for that day and I needed to confirm the cancellation and that the invoice that had just been sent would be our last. I asked her if the second service would be refunded and to have the service for that day cancelled because the tank was empty and service was not needed. I got no response for hours and sure enough the driver showed up. I met her outside and told her that I had been emailing with Cassie and that there had been some sort of was a miscommunication and there wasn’t a need to pump. She was super nice, thanked me for letting her know, never got out of her truck, and left. Hours later I finally get an email back saying thatthey will not refund because there was no record of me calling and that they had already pumped the RV before I let them know. The audacity to completely lie is beyond disgusting. I let her know the driver never got out of the truck, sent her a picture of my call receipt from that Friday which clearly stated I had a 2 minute phone call with them as well as a picture of their truck (from the last service) that decided against common sense to drive on fresh mud while raining, instead of the gravel driveway. This resulted in the truck getting stuck, my husband having to pull him out, and 2 busted drainage pipes to top it off. Realistically they should be paying for their mistake but we are good, honest people who were just going to brush it off and not make a big deal out of it. Since the last email I sent I have gotten no response. Plain and simple...they STOLE money from us. We had automated payments so they took the money anyways and we have no way of getting it back. We will never EVER use this company again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to. Any company who could justify this behavior should not be in business. It not about the money, it’s the principle.

We are very lucky to have a company like this here, they provide top quality customer service and are very knowledgeable. I received service within hours of calling. Kevin assessed the situation promptly and in a short time we were up and flushing. I was expecting the service to be very costly but it ended up being quite reasonable. He did not perform any unnecessary service and in fact he did quite the opposite. I will be calling Foothill Sanitary Septic for all my septic service needs. I tip my hat to them. Thank you!

Terrible service! Kevin the owner is not a nice guy.Constantly complaining about my works using the toilets to much. Always Threatening to haul off toilets for no reason other than them being too full. United is a much better business to use they are friendly and very accommodating and cheaper. I would steer clean of Foothill Sanitary Septic.
