The team at Floorology have true dedication toward their craft. Kelly played a giant role in the design process, throwing awesome options at me for the design. My home was built in 1936. I wanted new but something that would respect the age of my home. She made it easy and a joy. Kindness, honesty, & pure professionalism.
Tim, he was a joy to work with. His skills were beyond compare. I enjoyed his on the spot idea! We went with it!! I will work with them again, any project! Exceptional, classy and highly certified!

The owners and people that work at Floorology were all wonderful people to work with. You can tell they are caring people.

Our house needed a major update! I knew nothing about picking design of tile, flooring or countertops that would work together. Kelly and the designers were right there helping me through the process and made it easy and not overwhelming.

Tim and the guys that did the flooring, tile, and countertops knew what they were doing and did an amazing job.

I would recommend Floorology to anyone. So easy to work with. And I absolutely LOVE my home after the remodel. Thank you Kelly, Tim and all the wonderful folks that helped make this happen.

Floorology recently remodeled our laundry room and bathroom. It turned out lovely. We worked primarily with Tim and Angela. We have used them on previous projects from new homes to this remodel and continue to be more than pleased. Angela is so helpful to work with and has an eye for color and design. Tim is a meticulous installer with an eye for the smallest to largest issue to solve. They are very respectful of your home and when they are finished their cleanup is amazing. It is so good to work with people who care and see what needs to be done. We thank them and appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend them for new or remodeled projects.

Beware! Wood flooring installed in new house started to lift in a few spots after 60 days. Blamed other contractors. The flooring manufacturer wasn’t sure of the cause, but offered us a free box of flooring and glue to replace the lifting pieces. Floorology felt no obligation or responsibility to replace and we need to find another installer to replace lifting pieces. All this after spending thousands of dollars with them on a new house construction project. So disappointing and frustrating.

To clarify...
The free box of wood and adhesive was offered by the wood flooring manufacturer, not Floorology.
The inappropriate experiences were actually disagreements with the general contractor and other sub-contractors working on our house, not with us.
Two other reputable contractors brought in to look at the lifting wood, both agree the problem is from improper installation, not humidity.
We have 2 AprilAire units in the house. 1 had the water supply turned on, providing a 30% level, more than enough to prevent the humidity issue stated.
We are surprised there was not effort to simply resolve the issue versus the no obligation, find someone else approach.
