Awesome group of people. First Response was so easy, understanding, and professional. They made a stressful issue with a water leak and water damage upstairs and downstairs in my home feel like a very minor headache. They guided me through all the steps with my insurance carrier from the mitigation and repairs. This was done in a timely manner and I was always informed of the steps and progress. I highly recommend First Response. Every member of the crew is awesome, Barb, Kristin, John, Jason, Billy, and the nice young man that was very quiet and did the heavy lifting. We called First Responce after a water leak caused damage in our home. They responded right away and went to work quickly. They dried everything out and went right to replacing the damaged areas. Jason and Billy the gentleman who did the repairs are very knowledgeable and mannerly. The work was done perfectly and professionally ! I highly recommend them !!

First Response really came through for my parents in a time of need. A sewage backup caused a literal catastrophe in my parents’ basement shortly after a number of severe storms in the region. I called many restoration companies and First Response was one of the few that had the capacity to help them out. Steve, Brian, Taylor, and Ashton showed up on a Sunday to take care of business and within a few hours had things in a manageable state and in recovery mode. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive. They even adjusted their schedule to pick up their equipment, once things were restored to normal, based on my work schedule. Thankful they were able to support. We have them in our contact list for other non-emergency work as well.

It's tough these days finding a good contractor to work on one of your most prized possessions, your home. Especially one who does quality work and takes pride in doing so. After our home took a significant amount of damage from fire and water, we had no clue where to even begin. We got recommended to First Response the following day and we are so glad that we did!!! The response time was quick, thanks Barb!, and the amount of effort put into the review of the damage to our home was far beyond what I expected. The many years of experience that John and Steve brought to the table, and the great attention to detail, ensured us that nothing would be missed. They helped us(at a much needed time) navigate through the complicated & extensive claims process... we are very thankful for that to say the least. The quality of work was exceptional(10/10)! All of the personnel working in our home on a daily basis were very professional, quick to answer questions, and address any concerns along the way. The final product... AMAZING! We are now back in our beautiful home thanks to everyone at FIRST RESPONSE!!!!!

My husband and I initially came in contact with First Response after a windstorm damaged our first home. We were so happy with the quality of workmanship and level of customer service that we asked them to stay and do additional work! Now, they are the first company we call.
