This review is specifically for Amanda L.S. Chen, Community Administrator at First Community Management. Amanda has done an exceptional job every time I have an inquiry regarding any of the units I own in a condo building managed by First Community Management. Most of the time, my requests involve all of the units, so the amount of work is much greater than a single request. Amanda handles every request in a timely manner and keeps me updated throughout the process. She is attentive and quick to respond to emails during business hours or is ready to take a phone call when needed. Her professionalism and attention to detail make her an excellent person to contact. First Community Management is fortunate to have Amanda on the team in a client-facing role. It is wonderful dealing with Maxine. Just yesterday I had a problem with the light over my car in the parking garage and reported it to her and it was fixed within a couple hours. And this is not the first time. Anytime I have a request or a complaint she acknowledges it and takes immediate action. She is great at customer service and I appreciate Her and the job she does!

First Community Management took over management of our building earlier this year. So far, they appear to be very professional and thorough in their handling of that responsibility. A welcome change from the previous management group. Zak Pekovic, our Community Administrator, has been especially responsive to the occasional issue that has come up for us and other members of our community. He is an excellent communicator and follows through with the issues that are raised until they are resolved. Again, a welcome change from the past. Thanks to First Community and Zak for their good work.
