Their Representative arrived on time, assessed the roof thoroughly, and provided a clear and fair estimate. They were incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. Their roofing crew worked efficiently and safely, ensuring no mess was left behind. They took great care in protecting my property during the process.

Insurance covered cost of roof gutters downspouts and all new windows. After installation of the roof, we had a leak in the bathroom, took over a year for them to come out and fix it, and did not repair interior damage from the leak. Refused the repair cost, saying it was our cost. We had frost inside new windows first winter. Asked them to fix it, and they said it was not a problem. Eventually, we noticed water damage below a window. They finally came out. Pulled, siding, and noticed the window was not flashed at all. You could see into the house. They claimed to have fixed the problem for that window. With the owner, Nick, moving out of state response is harder. All of our other windows need to be flashed before winter. I started to do work on the windows myself. I pulled the interior trim from the kitchen sink window. There was no insulation, and because it was not flashed, there was daylight showing through allowing water wind and insects into my home. I sent Nick pictures, and he said he would have his manager, Jordan, make our repair a priority. I'm not holding my breath. It has been more than 2 years. He was paid almost 200K to do work and purchase materials. Don't do business with this company!

First Class is very professional and does an outstanding job! Garrett helped us every set of the way after our hail damage. Checked the roof for damage, helped me take pictures for insurance company, even put a tarp over missing shingles on my roof before he even knew if he had the job!! He was right here when adjuster came and explained insurance forms to us. He was right there every day the roofers were here. He was here on super hot humid days and made sure everything was done. Every crew, roofers, gutters and siding were all very professional too. I would highly recommend Garrett and First Class General Contracting! (Picture below is roof before gutters were installed.)

The company is a stand up company. They did my roof over three years ago. They hired a new crew that didn't put on a drip edge, hired another one who didn't do it right. Three years later they send a crew out to fix the work from three years ago, that's a stand up company to me can't ask any more from a company

I’m not sure where I’d be in terms of my damaged roof if Robert didn’t knock on my door one afternoon. Once I opened the door (which I never do) we got the ball rolling. Both Nick and Robert made the entire process from beginning to end, completely easy. Not only are they awesome people to converse with but they do an amazing and thorough job. The roof was replaced on our home before we moved in. Once we arrived there were rusted nails, jagged pieces of metal, and plastic debris all around the house as though little clean up was done. I reached out asking that someone returned to clean up the mess because it was dangerous for my family and no one responded. Very disappointed that I can't use my new yard until I meticulously go through it for all of the dangerous rusted metal left behind.

Edited to add: I've been using a magnet strip to clean up myself and there are hundreds of nails surrounding my home - in the grass, mulch, flowerbeds, just everywhere!

Just got our roof done and it looks great!! They did a first class job!! If you need your roof done I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them they are as honest as they come! They got our roof done quickly. They are very customer oriented and get things done how you want them done.
