I have only praise for the people and the work they do. My first winter here in this house was the 20 below kind. My furnace went out and they came to the rescue that same day and I had a warm house again. They are always kind and will take the extra time to explain things to me. I highly recommend Fire and Ice.

After our furnace went out while temperatures were getting colder this past Sunday, we needed someone who could act quickly. The first provider we called was overpriced and didn’t fix anything, leaving us frustrated and still without heat. Thankfully, we then contacted Fire and Ice, and they were absolutely fantastic. Chris, Travis, Jake, Echo, and the whole team were amazing throughout the entire process. They not only fixed the problem quickly and professionally, but they also did so for an affordable price, all while treating us with respect and kindness. We couldn’t be more grateful for their help. Our heat exchanger went bad and we had to replace the whole furnace. Very quick response time. They even provided electric heaters to keep our home warm. They also updated some of our existing hvac stuff to bring it up to date with the building code.
