Poor experience overall. Lack of communication - I don't want to buy a home by text. Didn't even mention structures on property and had to find out from the offer letter that was written 4 days after I actually made the offer. Couldn't be bothered to go through the offer with me until I said I wanted out and then just read it as if I was a child, all while acting as if I was putting her out to do so. Overall attitude and behavior was completely disrespectful of my time - hurry and answer me, but don't expect me to be available to you kind of thing. I pulled my offer, red flags everywhere.

Like many things in life, we stumbled upon an area, people, and all things beauty.

My husband has roots in Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia. Myself in Florida, the Philippines, perhaps Ohio and West Virginia.

We have set up shop in one way or the other in all of these places or have been fortunate to enjoy family and friends in all.

My grandma is from Fairmont WV and I have the fondest memories of spending summers there. She was THE best home preparer, fisherwoman, cook, camper, and we even climbed the face of Seneca rocks.

Susan Johnson-Bird miraculously appeared as I was checking out surrounding areasof WV.. See, we moved from Florida to raise our two boys. Renae and Doug, our sis/bro worked their magic and we fell in love with the Fox Cities, WI. We still love it here and always will call it home.

We are ready for the last chapter of our lives. TOGETHER. A place where family and friends gather. A place with water to soothe, grounds to fish, grass to play, a deck to enjoy cool summer nights and picturesque falls...and the sound of ducks and nature abound...and last but not least, a place for Jules to grow old in happiness while contributing to the family "empire." 🥰
