Feroleto Construction has done 2 projects for me and both resulted in exactly what I wanted. The projects involved difficult, hand-made tile work, punching through the roofline to install ceiling mounted minisplits, installing 47 LED recessed light fixtures in the bedroom on 14 different circuits -- not the typical residential projects. I do not like surprises and expect daily communications about about progress. Feroleto's team kept me updated without fail and they discussed any discovered obstacle with me. If a delay was inevitable, I knew in advance. I was never committed to hidden expenses. The team took on the project from blue print through the final clean up including meeting with city inspectors. Several months after completing the job, they came back to address any paint touch ups or anything else that had "happened" or been discovered once the job closed. The team demonstrates integrity with competence and professionalism.
I have 2 additional projects coming up and Feroleto will do both jobs: remodel the pool and deck; kitchen/living/TV room remodel which will include digging a sunken living room space. Looking forward to our next project.
