We had a very disappointing experience working with Tim. We hired him and his team to redo our old driveway. Initially it was a positive experience as he was very responsive and answered our questions. But when the work was complete we discovered a hump on one side of the new driveway. Now every time someone drives up the driveway, the whole car bounces and rocks side to side. This never happened before. It feels like a speed bump on one side of the car. Since we have a very steep and curved driveway this is a safety concern. Despite offering a 1-year guarantee on work defects, Tim has not come back to inspect the hump or address the problem. When we first brought it up to him he said he would come that same week, but now it's been over a month and half and he has not shown up. He's stopped responding to our emails or texts. He's basically ghosting us. We hired him to make our driveway better but instead it's actually worse. It is very frustrating. On top of all this, Tim's crew lost the key to our building's meter and control room (he has not apologized for this), so now we have to pay a locksmith to rekey the door.

Please do not used this company! They don’t pay their bills and have their bill collected come after you, they say that they are family owned and do all the work themselves , they are very tricky. They left a whole full of concrete at my property . The work is not the best for the price they charge, They have their friends at the concrete company bill me for the concrete I pay him for, they destroy other parts of my property, at well did not finish my job, concrete was left all over my front door and windows, won’t return your call, or try not to give you a recited, they will try to change you a different price on your,
