FCP builds a quality product. Cheryl Spangler was great to work with, from the planning to working with my cement contractor. She had great insight to helping us realize our vision. We live the Texas Panhandle and winters can be very cold. My wife wanted a dog kennel inside the horse barn, where they could go out into runners if they wanted to. Cheryl made it happen, from researching to design. My wife Janice could not be happier with her new horse barn. FCP's crew were the best, they showed up on time and the quality of their work was very professional. Left my place cleaner than they found it, they really cared about their craftsmanship. I would highly recommend using FCP.

Update 5/16/21:
Rick the installer returned and caulked all the exterior seams. He tried to reduce the damage to the wood paneling in the tack room by sanding the water stains. I am posting a picture of the end result so viewers can decide for themselves. I am upgrading my review from 3 to 4 stars but still disappointed as I had not intended to paint the tack room. Aside from this problem, seems a well built barn.

Update 5/1/2021:
Sorry to say I have to downgrade my original 5 star post to 3 stars. About 10 days after installation and after only a small rain, the following damage occurred on the paneling in the tack room (see pictures). Appears that the outside lower seam where the panel meets the steel frame was not sealed. The water pooled and then was wicked up by the wood. Since none of the exterior seams were sealed, I am sure that this wicking action occurred with all of the panels only it's not visible since they are aluminum clad. Very disappointed given the barn was up for just over a week before damage occurred. Equally disappointing is that I have tried several times to have someone come take a look. FCP informs me that it is an installer issue and they have not been able to reach him. So customer service is certainly lacking as they could send out another installer or at least have a rep come out. Just beware.

Just completed a 2000 SF modular barn and 415 SF hay storage structure. Incredible value for the money and barn was installed in 6 days. Rick was the installer and being a horse owner, he was very knowledgeable with an eye for safety. Stew was the salesman and was patient and diligent about getting me the barn I wanted on a budget. Would use this company again - ask for Rick on the install.

We are extremely happy with our FCP Barn. It was a first time experience having a 'manufactured' barn! Jeff Spangler was so helpful, accommodating, and his knowledge made the process painless! From designing, financing, through construction he was there for us. Customer Service is extremely important to us and this guy gets an A+
His crew who built the barn onsite was just as amazing. They were courteous, hard working and so respectful. The Foreman, Dan, answered any questions and made sure through final walk-thru that we were happy with the product.

We love our barn and shop combo that was installed by Spangler Construction. It was the perfect addition to our property and so versatile for the space we had. We would definitely use Spangler the next time we are in the market for a barn or workshop.

I just wanted to add a few positive comments and mention a few of the key players that were instrumental in making my barn a reality. Overall, I am very satisfied with the barn you built and everyone on your team were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and professional.

Stewart- Stewart pretty much made everything happen and was a key player in solving the little things early before they became big things. He offered suggestions and solutions to solving every unforeseen problem I encountered. He was very respectful, helpful and readily available if I needed him for anything or had questions. He is sharp, knowledgeable, friendly and it was a pleasure to work with him.

Wally- Wally came out and professionally graded the barn and surrounding area to make everything work and appease the inspection police. He did in two days more work than I could have done with my tractor in six months. He flattened or smoothed out bad areas, built up and compacted the barn area, and cut in drainage lines. He is very good at what he does and worked hard the entire time he was here.

Leo- Leo did all the concrete, forms and everything else relating to the barn foundation. Everything Leo did or touched came out perfect. And I mean perfect! The concrete looked beautiful, everything was in alignment, and it just came out nice. The barn went up without incident and everything looked good. Job well done.

Kelly- Kelly was my contact person for anything and everything relating to my new barn install project. She was extremely helpful in problem solving, answering all of my questions, and readily available from the very onset to the very end. She was diligent in returning all of my phone calls and keeping me informed of upcoming scheduled events. She was honest, truthful and professional. She paid attention to detail and assured everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction. And it was! She is a huge asset to your team and again it was my pleasure working with her.
