I'm writing this review to express my heartfelt appreciation for Jorge, the owner, and Melissa, the manager, of my previous rental property where my family and I rented a combined almost 13 years across a few properties. During a difficult time in my life, when I was bedridden for months after an accident, they showed exceptional compassion and understanding. Melissa worked with me to ensure I could continue renting the property until I was back on my feet and in physical therapy.

I was sad to see them sell the property, as the new owners haven't quite matched their level of efficiency. I miss the personal touch Melissa provided, and the thoughtful holiday gestures, such as Jorge's generous provision of turkeys and hams.

If you're looking for a rental property with owners and managers who truly care, I highly recommend Fargo Group properties. They set a high standard for landlord/tenant relationships, and I feel lucky to have had them in my life during a challenging time.

Listen I was highly upset when they sold the property I’m currently leasing. I miss how consistent they were with upkeep on the property. Very punctual and dependable. This is an amazing company and they pride themselves on good work. They made my first rental experience an amazing one. I’m looking for more Fargo group properties to rent after my lease is up, please respond with a link to properties for lease.

This company was very responsive and had great communication.. Melissa helped me every step of the way with the work that I needed done. She also helped my sister find a rental SUPER fast, and it was exactly what she wanted and in her budget! I recommend them to anyone who asks if I know a contractor or for rentals. The service was always professional, and super respectful. If for some reason I did not pick up Melissa’s phone calls, she would always follow up with me because she knew I have a crazy, hectic life. My house was cleaned up very well after the work was done. I was so worried about the debris and dust from the renovation, but it was so clean after that it didn’t even seem like construction was done in my home. 10 out of 10 stars!! Thanks again!

Amazing I highly recommend Jorge and his crew before I moved in he made sure everything was fixed I asked for my carpet to be cleaned and walls to be repainted and they did it no problem and I’ve had some pretty bad landlords where I had to fix everything, but not with them ☺️🖤
