DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS!!! You know if a 92 year old man with shingles would rather die than continue to live in pain because this doctor refused to refill medication after a one week prescription, for antivirals and pain that it must be horrible. There was no medical reason not to give pain meds and antivirals to him! He’s been in pain for 6 weeks now. Now, more than likely, he’s going to have to live the rest of his life in pain because the nerve damage is too far gone. He was perfectly healthy before and a long time patient.

This Dr. Fair needs to retire. He does not keep current in his field and spends about 5 minutes with patients. His nurse isn't even a nurse! I needed an antibiotic shot and they had to go get someone else to give it to me! This practice has really gone downhill in the last several years. My family and I are looking for a new primary care physician

I showed up for my scheduled Appointment about 45 minutes early, completed the intake paper work providing my ID and Insurance. My appointment was just for a yearly checkup. I watched my appointment time and people come and go. After an hour I decided to ask the Front desk Representative is this Doctor in Surgery? She (Nasty unattached from society person) says. "You consider yourself lucky"... I wanted to say. Ma'am you should consider a Spell Check... I believe you left out the word " Should" in that ignorant statement, but I did not. I excused myself. Thankfully I did not select this doctor whom is a reflection of his staff as my Primary Care Physician. Advice. When searching for a Primary Care Physician (PCP). Proceed with Caution before selecting this one.

I was not happy with my previous PCP so I looked for a new doctor. I visited Dr. Fair and he took the time to listen to my concerns. His staff was knowledgeable and professional. I had very good experience.
