Had them install 4 helical piers a few years back, my house is still moving so I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for awhile now. It looks like this company has been bought by I’m guessing, Luke with all in one structural solutions. I’ve left 3 Voicemails and called about 5 times now, hey Luke, thanks for letting previous customers know what you think of them… I wouldn’t bother with this company, if something goes wrong after the work is completed, new ownership doesn’t seem to care. I was just trying to give you more work, but you must have enough.

I highly recommend James and his crew if you need structural repairs for your home. He came out to examine the property and sent us an estimate the following day. The estimate was very reasonable. Since he had worked on 2 houses in our neighborhood and both owners were very pleased with the results we hired him to do the job. His crew is fantastic- very professional and do a great job from start to finish. The final bill was the exact amount of the estimate- no surprise charges. We are very confident in the work as the neighbors home was done several years ago and they have no shifting. Great company all around.

No one wants to ever have to deal with foundation issues on their biggest investment, their home. It had been an unusually wet spring and we started hearing cracking noise nightly. After a few weeks, we discovered cracks had begun to develop along the ceiling of the finished basement walls. We couldn’t wait any longer, something had to be done.

We hired a structural engineer to come evaluate the problem. He wrote a report with his recommendation for repairing the problem so the search for a foundation repair company began. We got bids from several other companies but no one took the time to explain all the pros and cons of the different repair options that were available to us except James. Not only was the proposal we received from Executive Structural Piering the simplest and least invasive option but the repairs could be completed in less that half the time the others were quoting.

They were the only company that said they would not only stabilize the failing wall but could move it back into place. The entire crew, led by Elmer, was very professional, friendly and hard-working and did a great job from start to finish.

If you need your foundation repaired, there is no one better for the job than Executive Structural Piering. We strongly recommend them!

We used Executive Piering to fix some foundation issues on our house in 2018 (2 years ago). Since then, there have been no further issues. It was good work, done fast. James and his crew were great guys and we plan to use them in the future. It was an outstanding value, the price came in at a fraction of what other places were quoting us, and they did the work on budget and on time, and left no mess for me to cleanup when they were done - they put all my landscaping back and my bushes lived - they didn't make any promises about the bushes but did their best and it was enough! They are also very helpful in educating how to prevent future problems both in the areas they worked on and other areas of the house they might not have worked on. If the previous owner had simply cleaned his gutters and let them drain a few feet away from the house, this never would have happened!

I was pleased to work with this company to repair foundation problems on my property. James Jones was promptly available to evaluate my structure, and was able to schedule the work quickly. His crew worked efficiently to install twenty piers over a few days time, and raising the foundation corrected the cracks in the brick work on the structure. His crew was careful to protect landscaping as much as possible, and they rebuilt a fence/gate that had to be removed to bring in equipment. Executive Structural Piering is a company I would strongly recommend to anyone. Their work was excellent and the costs were reasonable. James Jones clearly was knowledgeable and experienced at dealing with these problems.

May 2016 Our porch was sinking/drifting from the house. James was very professional and courteous in making thorough explanation on our repair options. Also, very fair on the estimate, nixing our other bids. They put in 7 piers and were able to to close most of the cracks and get it more level. (Impressive to watch the leveling processes, these guys are pros.)The crew cleaned up great and put our fence back together with care.

September 2017 it still is EXACTLY where it was when they finished, no movement!! They earned the good reviews. I will add photos soon.
