We used Don and his very experienced team at Executive Builders to do a complete remodel of our entire home after a flood, and they did an amazing job! The work they did was high quality and looked beautiful after completion. They were honest and did a great job of staying within our agreed price. They also did a great job of working and coordinating with other subcontractors I hired to do HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing. They helped me to figure out design details to make the finished product look its best (challenging because this house is very old). They also brought additional underlying damage to my attention (which was important because water damages more than what can be seen on the surface) so that I could make a decision to fix it before moving on and truly have a quality remodel and not just one that looks good. This job was complicated and long because there was so much damage and so many things that needed to be fixed, and we chose to do many add-ons and modifications to the original scope of work. Don handled all of this like the true professional that he is, and did a fantastic job of managing this huge project, and getting it all done for us. We are so thankful that we chose Executive Builders to complete this project for us and I cannot say enough great things about Don and his team. I AM HIGHLY RECOMMENDING THEM FOR ANYONE WHO NEEDS A HIGH QUALITY JOB DONE AT A REASONABLE PRICE. If you choose Executive Builders you won't be disappointed. New homesite from prairieland to homestead. We had a modular house delivered on site and other than stitching the house together, Executive Builders (EB) did it all! Permits & inspections, foundations (house and garage), electricity, well water, septic, garage building, gutters, grading. Again they do it ALL!

Don was our contractor. A+++ service. Always kept us informed of when crews were coming out. He also kept us informed of inspection results. His attitude of "leave it up to us" was true. Even after the first meeting of describing our plans on the property, he was available for any questions that we had. We had some changes on the fly from the original concept, Don took off with them and made it happen.

To wrap this up, EB & Don are tops. I will and have recommended this team without hesitation.

Executive Builders was recommended by our realtor when we purchased a home in the fall of 2018. I could not have been more pleased with the work they did for us. The Master Bathroom required a complete renovation. It had previously contained an oversized garden tub and no shower. Don designed a new shower to fit the bathroom’s dimensions, revised the design to accommodate our wishes, helped select the tile and finishes and was in constant contact with us and the craftsmen to ensure that the job was done right. It came in on budget and is absolutely beautiful. Time and again during the project, Don and his staff went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the outcome.
