This review is long overdue but warranted. Had a septic problem which they identified immediately as a corroded cast iron section beyond the tank. The job was done in a couple hours and under quote. I highly recommend these guys!

Water heater went out due to a fridge line leaking into it and I didn't notice until later in the day. They were able to get someone out the next day and not only replace my water heater, but fixed my fridge water line and even moved it to a better location!! So polite and informative. They even let me know about a broken window in my basement I wasn't aware of and offered advice on a quick fix to help with my heating bill. So glad they were recommended to me!

The work was done correctly, however what was supposed to be a 2 day job ended up a 7day job and still not completed. Communication was terrible. Didn’t arrive at the time that was previously agreed on each day they came. Had to have someone else finish drywall after new shower install as they could not give me even an estimate of time frame to finish. Lack of communication between owner, staff and myself. Over all unimpressed.

Prompt, great communication, fair prices. Jeff from Every Plumbing was excellent! He listened to my thoughts and clearly explained why my plan wouldn't work. He then explained what would and why. He knew his stuff. He also went above and beyond by calling the City Water Department and got me a larger size water meter when he found out that the city charges the same quarterly price for either size meter. Pat, who answers the phones is always friendly and easy to talk to. Craig came out to give me the estimate and was also friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend these guys! I certainly will be requesting Jeff at Every for some plumbing work I'm planning this winter. Thanks!

I have never done business with them, but the 1 star is for lack of common sense when out and about in the field. Customer service isn't just the job you do for someone, it is how you represent yourself during and outside business hours!
This morning I stopped at KT before work. I came back out to my vehicle and no joke, had a few inches between my car door and the Every truck. WHO DOES THAT IN A BUSINESS TRUCK!? So, obviously I took a picture. Picture doesn't do justice really, bad angle on my part. I don't even think my 5 year old son could have fit through the space he left me to get in. I had to crawl through my passenger door to get in. Not cool Every Plumbing. If you are in a bigger vehicle, park at the end or along the back. Represent the company you work for, because after this I feel like your not worth calling if I ever have a problem!

Every Plumbing installed 2 additional septic tanks and brand new drain fields. They showed up on time, were very professional, and respectful of my property. I recently had a new asphalt driveway installed and the employees were very careful while maneuvering around not to damage it with their machinery. They did a great job at re-grading the ground afterwards and cleaned up after themselves. I will hands down use Every Plumbing for my future service needs!

Clean, professional work. Plumber showed up on time and even called 15 minutes before the appointment as a reminder. Technician took care of draining, removal, delivery and installation. This is the place to go when you want it done right.
