Jim, Lisa and their crew are amazing! We have worked with them professionally for over 15 years in our business to business relationship. When I needed my home 2 acre parcel surveyed, I knew who to call and they just blew me away. We didn't just get a survey, they flew our property with a drone and created a 3 dimensional topographical map of every square inch of our property (and also gave us the standard land survey)!
We needed it for a deck and other work we are doing on our house. Their work was so impeccable we have been able to insure quotes were accurate because we know the exact slope and distance of the hillside drop on the side where we were building. We handed vendors our TOPO file on a USB and they downloaded it into their illustration software. PERFECT!
If you haven't met them, I highly recommend you pop into their Cave Creek office. You won't need to look anywhere else!

Was recommended by some locals in town. Not a good experience. Late on originally quoted delivery date and minimally responsive when late. We then received a temporary version and stated signed version would be coming in a few days. Had to present to town with a temporary version. Requested again several weeks later. Finally received a signed smaller version and requested the CAD file as needed by our contractors. Did receive a $200 credit at that time for the delay. Stated CAD file would be sent soon. Never arrived. Had to find a work around for completing site plan. Second invoice for remaining balance received with a due date of day received. Indicated we still had not received CAD file requested and were then told that would not be sent until balance was paid. So apparently we have been waiting and it was never coming.
