The building is still under construction. Luckily, the project has taken off again. Cranes & other site operators are ongoing.

The project was stopped and stayed stagnant for many years. Istanbul building regulatory authority decided to reduce the original height of the building by almost thirty floors. Safety was a concern...as well as other issues. Now, that is history, a lavish sales office is setup and receives reservation.

We went up to the 19th floor and we were almost blown away by the wind. However, the views were like nothing you'd seen before. .

For prices, they are talking in the millions of dollars. Therefore, if you are a family looking for a place to live with average budget. Look elsewhere.

In my opinion, the only customers for this location would probably be hotels or investors who are hoping to sell after completion.

I really can't imagine a family with children living there.

The owners Mr. Ramazan bülbül & sons are making a huge effort to have the project as appealing as possible to their targeted customers. The target is to have all of the units sold out before the skiliton is done and cranes are removed.

Maslak ı yeni ve modern yapan ve ona yenilik veren residence projelerden. Çok güzel. Maslak 42 ile yarışır, Spine Tower ın bi tık altında kalite ama çok güzel, lokasyondan dolayı 1453 ü geçer. Maslak yöresi yepyeni ve modern. Burası ilk olarak Diamond of İstanbul adı ile çıktığında altından metro geçecekti. Acaba yine olacak mıdır? Olursa seviye Spine ve Zorlu çıtasını gelir. Olmazsa da lokasyondan dolayı değerli bir proje.
