Gary and William from Essential Builders were amazing to work with. My skylight blew off a few days ago because of the wind storm. They came to take a look and were able to quickly fix the problem. They also investigated my other skylights and sealed those as well. Lastly, they cleaned all the skylights for me as a kind gesture! They were such nice guys, honest, prompt, professional and just overall great to work with. Will definitely choose them for other future services as well.

This company went above and beyond in laying down a whole new roof for the house. They treated the job as if they were working on their own home. Gary S and George T at Essential Builders provided me with a quote and after going through 6 different roofing quotes I chose Essential because they were the most thorough in explaining what was needed, potentially upcoming concerns and the nature of their work quality. Both Gary and George all through the project were involved and whenever any concerns/questions came up they were quick to respond. George was on site almost every day to monitor the work being done. Ben another Essential Builders employee was also very personable in explaining to me how the roofing process would proceed.
