The metal roof looks nice, but I’m not happy with the rubber roof installation. Also, they men left many white marks on my two story blue home… too high for my to clean off. When they went in the attic to fix a pipe they dislodged, they broke the dry wall… response was just a shrug. Didn’t clean up their attic mess at all … even leaving large nails on the floor. When going through home to my second floor walk-in attic they didn’t wear booties, even though they were just on the roof. Outside, when the project was completed, they were ready to leave before cleaning up adequately. I walked around my yard with the men, pointing out debris that needed to be removed. Erie Home’s product is expensive… I expected better service for 89K. I did voice my concerns, but no response.

I love the finished project. It has brought compliments fro. All my friends and family and inspired at least 3 neighbors to look into new roofs for themselves. The new installed shingles look and makes my home look beautiful. The crew that came to speak with me (Max & Kyle) before the project started was excellent they took the time to explain every detail about the materials they use, the benefits of their roofing systems, and what to expect throughout the process. They weren’t pushy at all, just honest and informative, which made me feel confident in my decision.

When it came time for the actual work, Victor and his roofing team showed up on time and worked efficiently while respecting my property. The craftsmanship is top-notch my roof looks absolutely fantastic, and I’ve already had several neighbors compliment it the day it was finished !

They explained everything in detail, were prompt, and professional, answered all questions throughout the visit. The crew came and cleaned up after every step, they were very skilled and worked well as a team throughout the whole project. Very pleasant experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a new roof.

From initial contact to clean up, everyone was professional and respectful. Financing was a BREEZE and so convenient to do from my kitchen table. There wasn't a long wait for our roof to be installed, 2 weeks, like with other contractors we called, which were 6-7 months out. We will definitely be using Erie again for our garage roof. We had Austin from Erie knock on our door because they were doing a neighbor's roof. Through him we had a great appointment the following evening with Niko and Sean. Even though it was dark out they were up and out on our roof with lights doing an inspection and putting together a quote. They were also up in the attic and showed us where we had water damage. Niko and Sean were great and we are moving forward with a fiberglass shingle in the next month for the install. I would happily work with them again.

We had 7 other companies plus Erie come out and estimate our roof. Erie was the only company who inspected inside and out. They were the only company to take pictures and show us what was really going on with our roof. The care their team had for our family and the project was amazing. Their communication was fantastic.
Looking forward to hopefully never having to do our roof again but if we did we would go with Erie Home again.

What a great company! We had such a great experience with Erie. We had an active leak in our roof with more rain coming every single day. After deciding what we wanted, they scheduled a roofing team to come out and take off the old shingles and put on new fiberglass shingles. Nico explained how roofs worked which made it easier for us to choose what we wanted. They did everything in a day and cleaned up like they had not ever been here. Ivan answered all my questions about the new roof. I also had them put on new gutters with covers. The second team came out the next day and installed them in 2 hours. My home looks wonderful and I am super pleased with Erie Home!
