WARNING: Do not use them! This company is as seedy as they come. They tried to contract around the requirement for CCTV to be run post backfill on my sewer lateral. There is a reason the city has a rule book within the Department of Public Works for requirements like this. E & R seems purposely oblivious to them. Melissa the owner will try to get you to believe that black is white. She will obfuscate and dance around anything you present to her as proof. She is not to be believed! Run as fast as you can away from these people! RUN!
