I have been living at EOS for a while now and the concierge team have always been wonderful, but I want to call out Hector as he has been an incredible part of my experience here. He's always friendly, professional and attentive, greeting everyone with a warm smile. From the very first day, Hector has gone above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and secure.

It's clear that he genuinely cares about the building's community, and his positive attitude is infectious. Having someone as dependable as Hector at the door makes living here feel like home. I'm incredibly grateful for all he does. Thank you Hector!

I have lived at EOS for more than 4 years and recently it has become very hard to stay here due to the below:
- 20-25% rent increase at every renewal no matter how long you have lived here. The renewal price is now higher than apartments listed on their website which is absurd.
- management and leasing agents are extremely shady and condescending (except Brittany). I also have to follow up multiple times to get a response.
- elevators take 10-20 mins no matter what time of day it is
- COCKROACHES coming out of the bathroom
- AC unit is unbearably loud when it’s running. Also stops working sometimes.
- electricity bill is very high here
- wood floors in the apt chip and scratch very easily
- one of the floors above us flooded and they never fixed damages from that in our apt
- trash room smells really bad since they don’t clean out the compost bin thoroughly
- this building DOEST NOT have doormen. The concierge have never held the door for anyone ever no matter the circumstance.
- The concierge are only there to help with packages and they still mess up the package entries. Had a few instances where my packages were given to someone else and when I got my packages back they were already opened. One of them also gets weirdly upset if there are too many packages and is very condescending.
- outdoor rooftop is closed in the winter which is 4-5 months
- gym has no attendant but we still have to pay extra for it
- management doesn’t do anything about neighbors doing short-term rentals
- concierge are not very good at stopping random people from going up. Had an instance where a homeless person ended up on our floor.
- neighborhood has gone downhill and does not feel safe. There are many homeless people by the church and a migrant shelter on the same block as the building.
- there have also been a few shootings/stabbings on the block.

In eight years that I lived at EOS apartments it has been my experience the staff have always met my expectation. On rare occasion there are those who are exceptional and go way beyond their job description and Melissa is one of those workers. She's always pleasant, understanding and helpful in ways beyond what would be required of her. I commend Durst for hiring such a valued employee.

I’ve been living at EOS Nomad for the past few years, and overall, it’s been a good experience. One of the reasons we continue to stay is because of the incredible staff. Hector, in particular, truly goes above and beyond. He takes the time to get to know us, always asks about our lives, and shows a genuine care for everyone in the building. Bobby is also great—he’s friendly, personable, and kind, always making sure we feel welcome and always has a positive attitude. Thanks to Hector, Bobby, and the rest of the team, EOS feels like home.

I visited the building a week ago for a tour with my friend. All of the staff were very nice. Ms.Brittany in the office was very welcoming, kind and apologized for the broker running a little off schedule. She even offered us water and coffee. My friend is still deciding where to rent but this is a huge factor. Great impression.

If you're looking for a modern, well-maintained building with exceptional service, I highly recommend EŌS NoMad. This modern building is not only visually stunning but also incredibly functional and well-maintained. Be sure to ask for Mr. Shahid Taylor from the leasing office when you're ready to lease your new home here. He's the best!

EŌS NoMad's interior design is sleek and contemporary, with clean lines and tasteful decor. I particularly appreciate the convenience of the Amazon lockers, making package pickup a breeze. My apartment is spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could ask for. The in-unit washer/dryer, oven/microwave, ice maker, dishwasher, and ample storage space make daily living a breeze. The large windows flood the space with natural light, and the central heating/cooling system ensures year-round comfort.

What truly sets EŌS NoMad apart from other buildings in New York is its internal app. This app is a game-changer and it streamlines everything from booking maintenance requests to receiving package notifications. It's also a fantastic way to stay connected to the community and keep up-to-date on building news. I hope the app will be well-maintained and upgraded to unlock even more potentials.

The building's front desk, especially Erica, is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. She goes above and beyond to assist residents, and her dedication to her job is truly commendable. She is the example of perfect customer service.

I want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Shahid Taylor from the leasing office. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire leasing process. He took the time to show us around the building, answer all our questions, and ensure we found the perfect apartment to suit our needs. Shahid's dedication to providing excellent customer service together with his level of knowledge and professionalism are truly inspiring. He's amazing at his job. Highly recommended!!

I have been ordering a lot of packages to try to get ahead for the xmas season. My amazon app told me that one of these packages, containing my xmas tree, was delivered. However, I never received a notification from the app about it. I waited until the next day to go down to the front desk to ask, where everyone said no, and they checked, but still said no. I was even told that sometimes this happens when it is marked as delivered by Amazon, and not at the building.
I thought maybe it was not delivered yet. So, I waited. And waited. Until later the same day. I asked again at the front desk, and again was told no. I felt upset, because I was worried someone stole the package. HOWEVER, Hector was there and really helped me. He specifically asked me for my tracking number, which I showed him. He then went in the back and FOUND the package. It was NOT logged into the system. I was so happy I nearly cried. He even carried it into the elevator for me! I am so grateful Hector works here, not only can I expect him to help me, but he really is kind and attentive to everyone. Thank you Durst, for employing him! Now, my dogs and I are able to spend time around the tree, it has made their life in my apartment that much more magical!
