Hired for paint and original 50's lap siding replacement. Keith's crew did an outstanding job and the level of detail they put into their work is top notch. I couldn't be happier with the results. Worth every penny.
I mainly chose Enviro Tech because I wanted to bundle the new siding work with the paint. And I was very glad I did. The new cement board siding looks great. Their paint quote by itself was about 25% hirer than a "good painter", but they provided a far superior product than just a good paint job. They patched and repaired all loose stucco, replaced rotted trim, sanded off all the old the paint from most of the trim, and masked off the entire edge of my roof eliminating any overspray. Can't recommend Enviro Tech Constructors enough.

I would like to thank Enviro Tech Constructors and their amazing crew for replacing nine windows and the patio door. Keith is amazing he gave me a fair price and explained every step of the project and gave me many options to fit my budget.

Their crew was always on time and very professional, they use a lot of protective covering for the house and plants to prevent any damage and at the end of the day they they did a fantastic job cleaning up.

The project involved many layers of cement and stucco including five inspections by the city. When the job was completed the windows were leak proof and the stucco was so smooth you couldn’t see any joints or flaws.

I honestly recommend his company and will use them to paint my house and replace the patio.

Keith and his crew are outstanding! We had them do stucco patch, paint all around, several window installs, and seamless rain gutters. From our first meeting with Keith, he promised that we'd love the finished product, and sure enough, we do! We first had Enviro Tech replace all or our custom windows, including 16 ft sliding glass doors! We trusted the team and loved the results so much that when needed, we went straight back to them for extensive exterior repair and painting to our 1956 home! The results are stunning.
