I worked with Tim and the team at Entrance Systems last year to spec and install an automatic gate opener at my house. Tim was great at hearing out my needs and working on drafting a reasonable quote, and including all the options from bare-bones to all the bells and whistles. Tim and his team were great with communicating dates and schedule, as well as letting me do some of the work myself to save time and unnecessary costs. When there were some minor issues with the Wifi controlled opener system, Tim and his team were super responsive and available to help - even making several trips (75+ miles each way) to help get them resolved as soon as possible. Despite being a non-commercial client, Tim and his team treated each issue with urgency and a real want to get things done, and done right. In the end I am left with a really nice gate system that fits my exact needs and you can tell is built to last. I would strongly recommend Entrance Systems to residential and commercial clients alike as they are the real deal and an all around great partner to work with. Will definitely be coming again if another gate project ever arises.
