I can't say I speak very highly of Empire West. It is very unfortunate that i have to write a negative review. After months of requesting basic company financials. The team has not released a simple balance sheets and P&L's disclosing company information. The company was previously named Twelve Stone Capital, then Empire West, I was handed off to several people that have subsequently resigned. Now our project is tied up and very behind schedule. I've asked repeated questions to the project sponsor and have yet to receive any meaningful financial information. In the real estate syndication market this is not typical.
