Working with THE Don Elliott was the best experience I have had. Unfortunately, in Miami, you will come across plenty of "Real Estate Agents". Apparently everyone here is one. Not Don Elliott, he is THE Real Estate Agent. His family has ties here that go back decades and he has lived here his whole life. He knows all about Miami and knows how to find you a great deal. Don was a great realtor. He recently helped us sell my mother’s home. She was overwhelmed with the process and the many changes she had to go through to move after 30 years. Don helped me buy my first home and he was awesome. He’s highly experienced in real estate, which we needed as first time home buyers. We went to look at several homes during our search. He sent newly available homes on the MLS constantly, which matched our criteria, and really took his time. There was never any pressure and he stayed patient with us. He always gave his honest opinion, and pointed out issues and things to look for at every home, which made us sharper, smarter home buyers. Once we were under contract for our home, he was fantastic in the negotiation process. He kept us calm and answered all of our questions throughout. We ended up in a great house, in a great neighborhood (Pinecrest), and even saved in the process. We couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Don, and Elliott Realty Services, Inc. and would absolutely hire him again to purchase a home.
