We have used Ellingson Drainage on a number of our acres and have been very pleased with the outcome. From when they first enter the field to when they leave they keep everything looking clean and professional. After the work is done, pump and tile run flawlessly. If on the rare occurrence of something not working, Ellingson will diagnose the problem in a timely matter.

Unsuccessful in getting them to warranty their work after a very expensive job. They just put me off for years.

Any tiling company that responds to a customer’s very serious concerns by handing out their generic website really would have been a red flag for me in the past. I wish that Google reviews had been available to me before I hired these tilers. Senior management (Kevin Ellingson) knows my phone number well because I texted them so many times about all the problems after they tiled. We have been texting back and forth for years, as I mentioned above. All I have ever asked is that Ellingson’s should come in and find out why a field that is tiled every 30 feet isn’t draining despite perfect outlets, and correct the problem(s). What I really should do is publish the texts here. That might help everyone who is reading these reviews to understand better the spirit of Ellingson Co. and how they truly approach the customer relationship after the customer has paid for the work. Also, I would encourage those people who have purchased tiling services from Ellingson to share their post-tiling experiences, if they had an issue. Does your field drain? I think it would be eye-opening. It’s certainly an experience that I would not like to repeat.
