Felipe and his team do amazing work. There were more than a few times that communication was flawed, but Felipe explained and broke down more than what he even had to so I can understand why things were hectic for him and his team. They took over for Service Masters, who completely abandoned our contract, and worked effortlessly to give me and amazing final product. Clean up was done by service masters. But the end result was beautifully done by Felipe and his team. Carpet looks amazing as well. Hopefully no major accidents happen again, but if some major string of bad luck happens, Felipe will be the first I contact.

Discovered a wet carpet late last night and read the reviews for Elite Restoration and decided to give them a call. We like dealing with local independent entities and Felipe's response to our issue was quick and professional. We shortly got a call back from his dispatcher and they made the trip to our house in the mountains very quickly. Victor with his assistant, (Elizabeth), explained what had to be done and they addressed every issue we had. Victor made what we thought was a very difficult situation solvable due to his expertise. Humidifiers are in place, the carpet is drying, (our upstairs air conditioner began to leak through the condenser), and they will be back tomorrow. Highly recommend them.
