Patio cover is good quality but the rep who sold us on it didn’t get a permit (when they aren’t supposed to build without one) and now they are saying it would be $1200 where other companies would charge $200. Even when asking about how to get it, Now when trying to reach out Every time Tom says he will call back and asks me to text him but never hear back.

I am so unbelievably happy with my new patio cover from Elite Patios! Tom took care of everything, permits, electrical wiring, ceiling fans and lighting. Tom's price was the most reasonable for all what I wanted. His crew was so professional. they were on time, very knowledgeable, fast and efficient. They cleaned up everything so immaculate, which is a big deal for me. Tom was so down to earth, honest and trustworthy. I didn't feel pressured at all. I highly recommend Elite Patios! Elite came out to my Mom-In-Law's Menifee home and completely removed her 20 year old moldy, leaky, dark, ugly patio cover. They replaced it with a beautifully well lit, well cooled, inviting cover that makes her entire back area look great! Service was completed in September 2019. My family and I are still happy with the work done. My wife was displeased with the painting and caulking work done on the columns however, the company came out several times after to repair the issues . We would recommend to anyone in search of a company that has great work ethics and will work diligently to please their customers.
