Fast forward to June 2024 I receive an invoice for $5000 more than initially quoted with no correspondence between invoice and work being completed in April. Now I’m being asked for an additional payment and don’t know what it covers.

I was very pleased with my whole experience with Elite Roofing. From the initial free quote for my carport and front porch roof repairs to the communication via phone, text and e-mail with the final quote, setting up a scheduled work day, the quality of craftsmanship, all the way to the final billing process…..Elite Roofing did a great job.The roof technician/contractor Matt Brooks who did the repairs was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Elite roofing did an effective and efficient job at resolving my sealing issues with my roof. Contractor came in a timely manner, was friendly and well knowledgeable on the repairs needed.

The follow up appointment was scheduled and he came out to finish the repairs in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.

The technician came out the very next day. He was knowledgeable and identified the source of my roof leak right away. A lot of times companies pressure you into spending more money. The technician did not do that. He gave common sense advice and gained my trust. I’ll be using Elite for all of my roofing needs.
