Elite did a great job finishing my basement and they also added a beautiful backsplash in my kitchen. All the employees were true craftsmen and the finishes are top notch. The electrician went out of his way to make sure every light, switch and outlet were exactly where I wanted them and the trim and finish carpenter did beautiful work. The Sheetrock finish is flawless, as is the paint. And best of all- the job site was clean and tidy the entire time. Even when the Sheetrock was installed they went out of their way to make sure the dust stayed downstairs. And the team who installed the rather complicated backsplash were amazing- great attention to detail and a dedication to making sure it wasn’t just done but that it’s essentially art on my kitchen wall. I can’t say enough good things. Truly- they’re Elite!

We had to "part ways" with our previous contractor, who, after 14 months, left us with a project about 30% completed. We were advised of MANY examples of poor workmanship and code violations by the different contractors we were interviewing to come in an complete our renovation. Needless to say, it was not an easy project for any contractor to walk into, but, Elite Custom Builders did so with the utmost professionalism and worked closely with us to make repairs to the poorly done work. They were the ones who completed our renovation with the highest quality of workmanship. Kyle and his entire team were patient and supportive during what was a difficult time for us. They brought in people who operated by the same mantra as they did. Elite has continually provided us with support with regards to any issues that have popped up after our move in. Their honesty and integrity are second to none and we are so grateful to have found them.

Kyle and his team did an amazing job of our kitchen remodel. It was an unconventional design but it turned out exactly as we had hoped. Any issues along the way were promptly addressed. His carpenter Nathan is outstanding. Kyle was extremely organized and communicative throughout which we really appreciated as well.
