Although we are a competitor, we worked with Elevity on a project. I was apprehensive at first. However, they did an amazing job and were so easy to work with! John, Matthew, and Cheyenne were fantastic. They communicated well, were pleasant to work with, and very competent. Worst IT service I've ever had. Terrible response time, multiple techs needed to address straightforward issues on multiple occasions. Issues utilizing administrative passwords. Downloaded a virus onto my computer. Truly Amazing.

We started with Elevity in 2019 and they were great. Unfortunately their service has been terrible the last 24 months. We will wait 2-8 months for responses to very simple requests. We have luckily moved on to a new company who values our business much more.
