I've had a few experiences with various contractors, and most of them were not good. However, Mike, the owner of Elegance Construction, is one of the most genuine I've encountered. He is kind and will do his best to work with your budget. The main guy that worked on our major structural project, Ismael, was also very sweet and seemed very knowledgeable. Actually, all of the guys on the crew were super nice! The only downside from my experience was that they did not do the drywall portion of the project. Instead, one of the guys on the crew recommended a friend of his to do the drywall work, and the drywall was not done well. The drywall crew also left a huge mess. But as far as the work from Elegance Construction goes, they did great. The project did come in over the estimate, but that was mostly due to unforseen issues. I would definitely recommend them.

Elegance Construction built a 3-car garage with an 800 sq ft loft apartment above it in 2018. As a first-time home builder, I was scared I'd overrun my budget and that the project would drag on forever.
--Project came in on budget.
--Project came in on schedule.
--Contractor never pressured me to make changes I didn't want.
--Contractor was open, honest and completely transparent.
But there were a few things about working with Elegance that I hadn't expected.
--I've lived in the loft for about 18 months now. Nothing has gone wrong. No electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance issues. Not one! Well, I did need to replace the battery on one of the smoke detectors.
--I didn't expect to become friends with the crew. They were unfailingly polite, calm, generous, sweet to my grandkids and my annoying dog.
I would not use any other contractor. We're about to start a remodel on the main house and I will only work with Elegance Construction.

Elegance Construction came highly recommended to me through a structural engineer for my project, who had used them in his other projects. One thing off the bat I noticed was that Mike (the owner) was very professional, honest and very knowledgeable. In our initial meeting he point out fundamental stuff in the plans that helped ups avoid a huge headache later. I was sold right there.
They are on time, supper detail and hard working. I'm very pleased with the way my project came out. I couldn't have asked for better results.

I had such a great experience with my remodeling process. My cabinets are amazing I couldn’t ask for anything better. My cabinets is the center piece of my open concept plan floor. Every day I work in my kitchen I am so grateful for the outstanding job they did for me. I highly recommend them!!!
