EG Creative did a wonderful job building our ADU in San Marcos. It turned out more beautiful than expected. The process was streamline and Kait/Zeev are a dream team with so much professionalism. They answer calls/texts/emails quickly, which I value. Our unit is amazing!

Currently building an ADU in our backyard . The process of getting the ADU permits took a while but all said and done once the permit was issued construction started immediately and hasn’t really stopped. Everything has gone pretty smoothly. Whenever there is an issue with the build, they are right there to problem solve the issues. Kaitlin and Zeev are wonderful to work with. What I really love about them, they keep you well informed about the build. I get a text almost everyday informing me what is happening and who will be on the property doing what. Also, they are very hands on with the build. I generally see one of them every day and if not then a call or text from them. They make you feel like family and they really care about you and the build. Hands up to them for making this a fantastic experience.

EG creative design build did Amazing work on our ADU. They actually converted what was once a detached garage. They took the original structure down to the studs, reconfigured the space to be a beautiful, complete one bedroom apartment with a laundry closet for a stackable washer/dryer.

We couldn’t be happier with the work. Ricardo did everything! He framed out the interior walls, added additional exterior windows, installed new flooring, cabinets, electrical, lighting, insulation, trim and plumbing, hung new drywall and even painted everything inside and out. And they did it all in a timely, professional manner for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this services!

We had a great experience with this company. We were under some high stress situations and they were able to get the job done on time and better than we had expected. Would highly recommend. Zeev is the best! The whole team is highly responsive, provide great communication, are very fast to provide accurate estimates.
