The roof on our 72 year old home in Ukiah was definitely in need of replacement. Ethan was recommended by a trusted friend and realtor. He came out promptly for an estimate, looked things over thoroughly, and even saved us money by telling us the parts that did not require replacement at this time. Once the job was underway, his team was fast and hardworking. They kept the site very clean of debris and easy to access during the work. They were a pleasure to work with.
Ethan was direct, honest and professional to work with, and was very responsive to any questions we had.
We highly recommend ECN for quality work at a fair price.

Had ECN do 2 roofs for me and some additional work. He not only did a great job, but the customer service was great (I ask alot of questions) and beat the other bids I got by ALOT!

My roof leaked after my roof was supposedly finished. They blamed my siding but it was the underlayment they had placed and had it going directly into to my attic. Ethan told me he would come back and fix it but he never did and stopped answering my phone calls to do so. I had to hire another contractor to fix it and it cost me over one thousand dollars. Also, the nails they used were too long and u can see them and the damage done from them under the eaves. I would never trust them with my house at all if I were you! Zero rating!
