Stopped by this afternoon at 2:15 to pick up a county park pass…no one here. The sign said “Back at 3:30”.
Not convenient for me, but I did return at 3:40pm…once again, no one is here!
Housing authority staff did not know where this person was or when/if (s)he would return.
Hung around for another 15 minutes…still no one! I concede defeat. Apparently, it is not important to be available for folks wanting to purchase park passes. ARGH!!!

Called to get county Park stickers and talk to Winnie, she was very unwilling to help. Said she didn't have the right screen up on her computer to be able to help. Evidently Eau Claire county doesn't want my 50.00.
