I want to thank the team at Earth and Energy Systems. With the very cold weather we had the last 4 weeks, the team of Bruce, Chad and Zach did a outstanding job on making sure they were able to get a replacement for my mini split. There was a freak leak that has not been seen before that could not be fixed. With the cold weather and all the team did what it took to get it replaced. If you looking for service or new install, this team will get it done.

Dependable, professional, fast, skilled service. We've needed help on several occasions in the past couple years with our AC and furnace, and they've responded and resolved our issues promptly- usually the same day! The technicians also took the time to explain specifically what the problem was, and if appropriate, what steps to take ourselves in the future to prevent issues. We felt that demonstrated integrity. We are grateful to have them in our community!

Friendly and hard-working crew. I would hire them again. My one criticism is poor communication. I had to call to see if the equipment had been ordered and had arrived. We scheduled install so both the mini splits and boiler would be done on the same day. The mini split crew showed up and I was told when I asked that the boiler guy was finishing up another job. Nobody bothered to tell me. It ended up taking a total of 4 days to install. 2 for mini split and 2 for boiler. You should probably communicate how long it will take when you quote the job. I appreciate how hard the crew worked and they were perfectionists with the work.

We had. A/C problems. Of course in the. July Heat. Technician , Amanda came out right away and fixed the problem. She installed a new furnace for us 2 years ago and did a great job. I’ve hired dozens of. Electronic technicians over the years. And appreciate great service. Amanda is very knowledgeable and A very good communicator.

we have had these guys out several times over the past 18+ years since they have installed our heat pump. they work hard to help us maintain our system and do repairs quickly. we needed repairs during the hottest part of the summer, and they went out of their way to get us back to a cool home. My friend had them out yesterday for a problem with his Panasonic Air/Heat wall unit. We found the technician, Rich very friendly and knowledgeable. He not only fixed the problem but offered us tips on better cooling and heating that we didn't even know about. That was greatly appreciated. We called, and they were out the next morning. Excellent customer service. Can't recommend them enough. A very honest and experienced company.
