EA Home Builders did a bathroom remodel and installed new floor in kitchen and a section of my living room. The bathroom remodel was done expertly and to my satisfaction. It turned out great! It was a tough job, having to remove an old and heavy metallic bath tub. Eric made sure that the bathroom remodel was completed within a short span of time, as was my requirement. The new floor was a LVP flooring and required removing an old glued down floor. It was also done very well. Overall, I am pleased with the work. I will definitely recommend EA Home Builders for any home projects.

Eric and his team essentially gave us the ability to more fully enjoy our house by giving us more outdoor and indoor living space without actually building an addition. We had a covered outdoor area that was basically a home for flies. He transformed it into a gorgeous playroom for our kids. You cannot tell from the inside that this room used to be an outdoor space, and you cannot tell from the outside that this room isn’t a seamless part of the house’s original floorplan. We also had an overgrown patch of dirt around the back that no one was using. He transformed it into an outdoor sitting space, perfect for gatherings, and built a gorgeous patio cover that holds our kids’ swing—a non-negotiable! Oh, and he did such a great job with these things we hired him midway through to upgrade our heating to a state of the art HVAC system.
Throughout the whole construction process, Eric and his crew were friendly, full of good humor, and transparent. If things were delayed due to materials being delayed, he was honest and upfront with us and made up the time wherever he could. His crew kept things neat and clean, and always respected our space. There were no hidden costs, no changes to the plan without full explanation, and I could always reach Eric if I needed him. Other constructors gave us higher quotes for longer timeframes. I cannot recommend Eric and his crew’s work enough! You should hire him—you won’t regret it.
