I called multiple times to setup a time to quote my house re-sealed. I spoke with the office manager a couple times and left multiple messages for Mike, who I was told was the rep to quote houses. Finally another rep named Terry called and said he could come out and quote my house

On the day and time it was to occur, no one had showed up after 20 minutes. I called their office and asked for Terry's cell number and asked him where he was.

He responded that he needed to reschedule. As someone who had to take an hour away from work to be onsite and called multiple times to schedule, I was very unhappy. He never gave me a heads up he would be late or needed to reschedule. The fact that I had to call his office to get his cell to call him is also very absurd. If I hadn't done that, I might be still waiting for him.

The worst part though was after I said I was frustrated for the reasons listed above, his response was 'that's fine, use somebody else' and hung up the phone. No matter the industry or how busy you are, being unprofessional and disrespectful is never something a rep should be or a company should represent.

Driver decided not to wait in drive-thru queue today at lunch. pulled into 2nd lane from parking lot, cutting off 2-3 people patiently waiting for lunch. I know it's petty to post a review about it, but it's your company vehicle. I'm sure everyone is put out by it and letting others know about it as well.
