This is the most unprofessional business I ever dealt with. I have two houses on my lot and had both of them reroofed through the HERO program and ECC was the company that contracted the roof work which cost me 50K total for both. I have called them several times asking for a call back because my roof is now leaking (only after 7yrs). I have even left text messages because Ricardo specifically says to text me for a quicker reply, but still no response!!!! Hopefully, he will call me soon because it is going to start raining again and the rain will come into my house and they will be paying me for inside damages if they don't get it fixed!!

These guys are increíble. I tried taking on a major remodel myself including removing a load-bearing wall. I quickly realized I was in over my head with both the work and permits. They came out to my place quickly after I contacted ECC and provided a quote and tentative timeline. There were no major surprises during the job and they delivered within the estimated timeline. On top of that, the entire crew was great to work with - timely, reliable and clean. I will personally be using ECC for any future needs and highly recommend their work and reliability.
