During my stay at DVORA 175 Second from April 15th to August 23rd, I had an exceptional living experience that exceeded my expectations. The apartment itself was beautifully designed, with modern finishes and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home from the moment I moved in. The Italian cabinetry in the kitchen, along with the integrated Blomberg appliances, gave the space a sleek and contemporary look. The smart home technology was a nice bonus, making daily life more convenient and streamlined.

What really stood out to me was the level of service provided by the DVORA team. From in-unit cleaning services to package delivery and even on-demand handyman assistance, they took care of every detail. It felt like living in a luxury hotel rather than just an apartment. The staff was always friendly and responsive, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

The location was another highlight. Being just a short walk from the Jersey City waterfront, I loved taking evening strolls with views of the Manhattan skyline. The neighborhood offered a great mix of restaurants, parks, and entertainment options, all within easy walking distance. Plus, the proximity to public transportation made commuting into Manhattan quick and hassle-free.

Overall, my time at DVORA 175 Second was fantastic. The combination of luxury living, top-notch services, and a vibrant neighborhood made it a place I was sad to leave. If you're looking for a place that feels more like a community than just an apartment, DVORA 175 Second is an excellent choice

It really sucks when a company cares more about money than their tenants. I’ll be first to admit that I fell on hard times, but who didn’t during this time. When I spoke to the property manager they pretended to care about my situation and claim that they would give me enough time as long as we had open lines of communication. I made a payment plan with DVORA and made all the payments I promised. I spoke to Jingwhen and told her due to some tax delays that the final payment will be 2 weeks late. She was very nasty and showed no compassion to the fact that I have a 8 year old son. In fact she stopped texting me and told me the landlord was already trying to evict me. Regardless of the fact that rats ate literally eating up all the food in my house. It took them weeks to even answer my concerns. I’ve been calling for weeks with no response. So maybe now someone will contact me! I already got my check and now attempting to make the final payment, but nobody is responding or answering my calls. Some advice to DVORA prioritize your tenants and stop being money hungry while neglecting issues like the holes that you refuse to fix that will help with the rats and the loud ventilation. Maybe now someone will return my call.

My partner and I just moved into Dvora. Everyone has been so kind but we had the best experience working with Julana! From day one, she was incredibly responsive and made scheduling a viewing at Dvora easy and convenient for us. She answered every single question we had with clarity and timeliness, always going above and beyond to ensure we felt informed and reassured.

Her communication was excellent—always prompt, clear, and proactive. We never had to wait for a response, and she made sure every step of the process was smooth and stress-free. Moving can be overwhelming, but thanks to her, everything felt effortless.

What stood out the most was how much she truly cared. It was clear she wasn’t just doing her job—she genuinely wanted to help us find the right place and feel comfortable every step of the way. Beyond her professionalism, she’s just a joy to work with! Highly recommend working with Julana!!

I wanted to love this building due to its location, interiors, and concierge but unfortunately the management of this property has completely ruined my experience.

I have had an ongoing issue with a sewage-like odor seeping into my apartment for 8 months in a row now. I made 6 separate in-app maintenance requests, spoke to tenant services over the phone, and emailed property management directly. None of this communication has resulted in change.

At the beginning of this month a "Thomas F" from property management visited my unit, acknowledged the presence of the odor, and promised to get it resolved swiftly. Ironically, 4 weeks have passed and it is still not resolved.

What is most unfortunate is that I am not alone in this experience. I learned through different community events that I have neighbors on floors 6, 7, and 8 that suffer from this same issue.

Again, I wanted to love this building. I was incredibly patient and consistently made myself available for this odor to be addressed. At this point, though, I'd be doing a disservice to potential renters by concealing this experience any longer. I advise choosing a different building!

Moved into DVORA 175 over 1 year ago. It was the best decision. The building is amazing, the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. There is a gym with everything you need. Cafe right at the entrance. The building offers cleanings, dry cleaning, package drop off directly to your apartment - making everything a breeze. Highly recommend!

My son moved into DVORA 175 over a year ago. He loves it! I recently stayed over for several days, and I was very impressed by the design of the apartment.

As often the case with apartments in urban settings the square footage may appear somewhat limited at first glance, but I quickly came to realize that they make the highest and best use of every square inch in the unit. The apartment feels significantly more spacious than the square footage would suggest thanks to its elegant and smart design.

The service and amenity package are unparalleled. The concierge at the entrance is very friendly and caring. The amenities, ranging from a gorgeous rooftop with pool and grill to a modern and extensive gym are fabulous. They even offer weekly cleaning service in their amenity package.

The location is second to none, a couple of blocks from the light rail and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops.

I have reviewed other buildings in the past but never have I rated a building 5 stars before. I feel DVORA 175 has earned them.

I've been living here for almost 3 years now and so far it has been an excellent experience. The building is pretty modern and clean. The management team is very approachable and responsive. Shout out to the sup(Welber) who is the example of professionalism. His problem solving abilities are unmatchable. Also shout out to the concierge personals particularly Lesile . She is very friendly and treat you as family.

Wow I absolutely ADORE living here. The building is beautiful and you truly can't beat this location. Close walk to all of Jersey City's amazing retaurants, shops and bars, as well as the PATH. The building staff and management is always so kind and helpful, and we've gotten to know them well. It feels like a small family which is exactly what we were looking for. Couldn't be happier living here - thank you, Dvora! <3
