I must mention that we did have to get very involved in design choices and work directly with tile and countertop vendors due to our specific style preferences. However, Robb's openness and support during this process made it manageable and even enjoyable. His flexibility and understanding were greatly appreciated as we navigated these choices.

Building a custom home is no small feat, but Robb and his lead builder, Allen, made the experience smooth and stress-free. They were always responsive, approachable, and ready to address any concerns or questions we had. Their professionalism and dedication to excellence were evident in every interaction.

Dryden Contracting can best be described as an OUTSTANDING, ETHICAL, CUSTOMER ORIENTED Builder. Beginning with floorplan design, through scheduling, construction, modification requests, final walkthrough, and even finishing the “fine details” after closing, Robb and his team were always true professionals. We have just finished our custom home with Robb and his team, and the entire process was truly impressive. Knowing builders cannot control what the market does and can only do their best to manage how supply chains perform, Robb always kept the lines of communication open and always found constructive solutions to our requests all while delivering ahead of schedule (over 30 days to be exact). This being our second home we have built, realistically, every home has its own challenges but it is the way Robb approaches them, keeping an open-mind, genuine concern for the customer, doing his best to keep everything on budget, and his constant open lines of communication all contributed to constructing a home we are happy and thankful to own.
