Horrible company to deal with they took over our complex recently and have done nothing but bully the tenants and treat us horribly. Not to mention they don't want to obide by our PREVIOUSLY SIGNED LEASE AGREEMENTS! This company is money hungry and thinks they can do whatever they please. They have made this a HORRIBLE living environment for all tenants. There are MANY tenants expressing concerns all throughout our community and tons have already called Legal Aide. Do better. Treat people better and you might just get a more positive response.

Since this management company has taken over,my water bill has tripled....They have Yes management company who does the billing for Cumberland links in Pataskala and Cumberland links charges the residents....BUT !!!!....There is the supplier who nobody seems to know who the supplier is.....I have lived here 5 years and been through 5 different Complex managers and NEVER had this problem !!!....My water bill consistently has run about 70 on average with everything-( pest,trash,etc.).....Now my water bill is 370 for 2 months....My water meter reads 11122,according to their billing my meter reads 852135.....That doesn't even come CLOSE to my actual water meter in my closet.....Blake the apartment manager has been very nonchalant about the whole thing.... because he doesn't have to live here..... I have a wife who is wheelchair-bound and I am handicapped and our income is limited..... Nick cannula the regional manager, I have called him three times and no return phone calls.... the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.... and it seems to me that Blake the apartment manager and Nick cannula the regional manager could care less about their tenants.... even though the tenants are their salary !!!!!!..... absolutely terrible management company !!!.... this company gives new meaning to the word atrocious and appalling !!!!.... Nick I will get your attention on this situation, since you choose to be unprofessional and address this issue with sense of urgency !!!!.....I, and the other tenants are your salary...... you seem to forget that.... quite frankly I think you just don't care !!!!.... I really hope your boss and somebody higher up sees this message and takes care of you lickety split..... if you don't like your job and you don't care about taking care of the tenants who pay your salary then go get another job...... don't put me on the verge of having a stroke literally over this...... I promise you Nick cannula I will be taking action on this !!!!..... 6 on your side loves slumlords and I'm sure it would be very bad publicity for you !!!

Company never sent me one notification of an outstanding balance for months, yet felt fine to send that balance to collections. You're telling me the office manager, who would literally text me on my cell phone, couldn't be bothered to do that?

On top of this, during my time there, I had water pouring on my face from the ceiling at 4am, water pouring into my apartment via the front door when they power washed, showing there is so much space between the door and wall that it's not safe or ok for utilities.

As is tradition, any company with this many complexes could not care less about their residents, just how to squeeze every cent out of those residents for as long as possible. I highly suggest looking elsewhere.
