We used drexel for hardwood flooring of our new home through Westridge builders. What a waste of money and time! Squeaky everywhere. Floor vent cover/register of extermely poor quality. The vent cover breaks if you touch it, let alone stand on it. Very slow and poor quality repair. Wound not recommend at all !

Our experience with this store has been wonderful. We worked with Tim on sourcing materials for our house build. He did an exceptional job with guiding us through all of the selections. And when we had any issues he stepped up and took care of everything in a timely and very professional manner. We also worked with Ethan and he was very well versed on interior and exterior doors. They were both very patient with our unique exterior door. They were always expedient with communications. We cannot recommend them enough. It was a pleasure to work with both them.

We purchased tile for a kitchen backsplash from Drexel, who arranged the installation with Alex Bathroom Remodeling, Tile, Stone & More. We couldn't have asked for a better craftsman.

Alex was very professional, explained installation options plainly before starting, and described details of how the tile would be installed in a corner and on either side of a window. He was meticulous with the installation, and paid scrupulous attention to detail. He stayed late the first day to ensure he completed the installation of the tile so he could grout the tile the next day and complete the job in 2 days as planned. He did outstanding work, and we're very pleased with the end result. If we do more tile work in the future we will definitely insist that Alex does the installation.

Starting a kitchen remodeling and expansion. Drexel was our first vendor stop. Narrowed cabinet wood species, but couldn't decide natural or a faint stain. With expanding, we had some issues with a wet wall and structural support that would either cause wasted space or a strange transition on the structural wall. Our contractors' designer and a Drexel rep found unique cutom solutions for those issues. Drexel had a large area with mocked up kitchens. This made it easier to choose hardware by seeing handles and pulls. The ability to see and try different hinges and soft close options, as well as door and drawer internal configurations to meet your needs. The only downside was that they did not have our wood choice in a sample door. This past Friday, they came to do the measuring and brought a sample door with the very faint stain. After trying to visualize an entire kitchen from a small square sample, the door solidified our choice. We were able to arrange and see the stained door, the tile (which in 3 locations goes from countertop to the ceiling around the windows and hood), and the floor. For now, the experience has gone quite well. Of course, we need to see the rendering. Then, the cabinets have yet to be built and installed.

We cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Drexel for the tear our of our old vinyl flooring and then installation of our new porcelain tiles in our laundry room and guest bathroom. From the moment we walked in their store and was greeted by Lisa P. to the last day when the project was complete everything Lisa did was excellent! She was so pleasant to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to all of our needs and request. There were several times when our installer, Alex, who was also great, had a few issues with not having enough of some of the materials. Lisa was on top of it immediately and made sure these products were at our house to keep the project moving. We would highly recommend Drexel, Lisa P. and Alex to do your project. You will not be disappointed!
