Left a voice mail and had a reply in a couple of minutes. Very easy to make an appointment - Christian was at our house within a half hour.

He completed the work quickly, efficiently, and completely. He added advice on keeping our sink drains cleared. Very pleasant fellow. The invoice was quite reasonable, and we paid it on the spot.

I called Drain Doctors to fix a sewer backup problem in my basement. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and very reasonably priced. I had originally called out another company (rhymes with Brion) who not only charged me 3 times the amount, they failed to solve the problem! Drain Doctors is highly recommended!!

Christian came to my apartment because there was water coming out of the bottom of the toilet. I live in a six-plex and he thoroughly checked the building. He discovered the issue in the room that holds the water heater. He alerted the property manager to get a plumber here ASAP. He snaked my toilet, and cleaned up the bathroom floor afterwards. He was so kind and helpful! I will definitely recommend him and Drain Doctors! Thank you again Christian!!

Just had a root clog send black water backing up into the basement. I called Drain Doctor and a nice dude named Christian showed up in pretty short order. He was very personable and professional, seems like he did a really thorough job, and he was also mindful about not tracking the mess around at all. Christian made me feel like Drain Doctor was a good choice.

They are great, they fix the problem at a fair rate without trying to sell you something you don't need (as others do). I have used them multiple times for work and home for plugged drains and cannot recommend them highly enough!!

I have been calling Drain Doctors for our very old/special needs plumbing since we bought our 100 year old home 4 years ago. They come out for yearly maintenance as well as the occasional rescue. Christian is always professional, friendly, and informative. Their prices are really reasonable and I never feel like they are trying to get one over on me. They have earned my business a hundred times over
