One of the best run medical offices I have encountered! (I am in the medical field and work with many provider practices) I was a new patient to Dr. Allen and was impressed with the staff from the front desk to the back office. I received a through exam and every procedure was explained every step of the way. When I met with Dr. Allen to go over findings etc. he was very pleasant, bright and had a good bed side manner. I left the office with a laminated card with my vision/eye prescription, which was a nice touch to be able to keep this in my wallet. BRAVO Dr. Allen for being a great provider to your patients and having a wonderful staff!

Dr Campbell came highly recommended by my MDs. The MD I saw was good (1st visit), however the staff need training. There were 3 staff at the front desk yet I was ignored as was the individual in front of me.

The woman who administered the first part of the exam (letters, etc.) was not only unprofessional, abrupt, rude, impatient but also comprised the exam by not giving my eyes time to refocus and tear up. (dry eye disease). In addition, there was no time to read the charts. On the other hand, the woman administering the computerized tests was professional and charming!! Communication between the front desk i.e. copies of insurance and billing office need to be evaluated and corrections made. I received a bill that reflects "not covered" by insurance (have had since 2005). I also have Medicare A & B.  This practice is a provider for Medicare (means it honors rates) and bills Medicare. I should not have received a bill. Nor spend my time providing information to the billing office when it had been collected at check-in.

Liked the experience of working with Dr. Campbell. He was a listener, took the time to explain things very thoroughly, and didn’t feel he was rushing to get me out of his office. He is truly a helper, and didn’t upsell anything I didn’t need.

Doctor Thomas Campbell is truly one of my doctors I enjoy seeing the most. Aside from being a genuinely nice person, he is so knowledgeable and competent. He has been so much help in the vision loss I have suffered due to Age-Related Macular Degeneration and Glaucoma. I can't speak highly enough of him and would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Campbell is simply the best eye doc available. I failed the DMV eye test in 2005. I went to a strip
mall optometrist who prescribed glasses which didn’t help at all. I am an Arborist, avid skier, and scuba diver. I thought my life was over, and had given up any hope of quality of life. Doctor Campbell examined me and recommended cataract surgery for both eyes, now I have 20/20 in both eyes. He literally gave me back my life! I continue to have him check my eyes annually. He is the best you can get!

We love Dr. Allen!! My teenage son was having ocular migraines and we ended up in the ER with him several times. They finally suggested we see an ophthalmologist. Dr. Allen was fantastic and really helped put my son at ease, reassuring him while doing a wide range of testing. He was able to offer my son some really helpful suggestions and solutions which have really helped him manage his migraines going forward. But what I loved the most was the follow-up care. Dr. Allen checked in with us regularly afterwards to see how he was doing. My family has since seen him for other things and we are always impressed with his breadth of knowledge, patience and care for us! He's amazing!

I have been a patient at this clinic for three years and I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. The reception staff are polite and helpful. The environment is clean and relaxing. I see Dr. Tony Allen. I credit him with helping save the vision in my left eye. He is caring, listens to my concerns and is very competent. I highly recommend this clinic for your eye care.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Allen for about six years. I have had a particular eye condition since I was a teenager, that requires particular monitoring by an ophthalmologist, rather than an optometrist. If it’s not maintained, my eyes will be damaged irreversibly - it’s not something I’d gamble with! Dr. Allen watches it carefully and knows what he’s doing! I’ve obviously been to a lot of eye doctors over the years, and they haven’t all been great. Dr. Allen is fantastic and very thorough. I wouldn’t trust my eyesight to anyone else.

Dr. Allen is also patient with kids! My son needed glasses around age 8. He’s now 12 and sees Dr. Allen every year. Should my other kids need glasses as well, I’d take them to Dr. Allen without hesitation.

He does book out months in advance so be prepared!
