We love this office and Dr. Mungo, now Dr. Park have been a huge blessing for my kids. My son who is special needs is given the attention and additional resources that he needs. Natalie took the extra time to clean and X-ray him which is usually almost impossible for him anywhere else. All the staff is caring and goes the extra mile for our family to minimize this usually stressful experience! Thank you

it’s been a while since my last review and i’ve got to say the staff and dentists are still the best around.
my kids are not scared of coming to the dentist because of the care and compassion the staff has shown through out the years. the staff goes out of their way to make sure the kids are comfortable before and during the dental care.

Very unfortunate but we had to find a new dentist. Dr Mungo was good and we liked him but his staff has become carnivorous. They called and scheduled us for a sealant that they later said was not covered under insurance beyond a certain age. We tried to work something out but the office manager was ridiculously hard line and uncooperative. The interaction went on for weeks and we were so furious and frustrated with the bitter and nasty behavior we just paid and found a new dentists office. To add a little spite the office manager then billed us for a $3 "Late financing fee" just to rub some dirt in even though the bill was a joke and we had ponied up the cash on time. Dr Mungo is fine, but his office manager needs to be reigned in big time and they need to start being professional.

Dr. Mungo has stopped practising Dentistry on a full time basis. He works at CHOC performing Dental Surgery. My Autistic son has had the privilege of being his patient for 10 years. Dr. Mungo has performed surgery on him and treated him in the office on the chair. We have had no issues with his staff. However, it seems that many other regular patients have encountered issues with the new team in place. That is unfortunate.
